Branova Streams ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use streams.branova.in.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, organization name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Content you create — posts, media, campaigns and settings you store in your workspace.
• Connected channel data — access tokens and account identifiers for the social channels you connect, used solely to publish and read analytics on your behalf.
• Usage & billing data — plan, invoices and activity logs needed to run the service.

How we use your data

• To operate your workspace: scheduling, publishing, analytics and team collaboration.
• To provide support, send service notifications and process payments via Razorpay.
• We do not sell your data or use your content to train third-party models.

Data isolation

Branova Streams is multi-tenant. Every record is scoped to your organization (org_id) and is never accessible to other tenants.

Third parties

We share data only with the social platforms you connect (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Telegram) and our payment processor (Razorpay), strictly to deliver the features you request.

Your rights

You may access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deleting your organization permanently removes its data.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and API access is scoped per organization. Hosting is on Hostinger infrastructure.
